This is a new award听飞丑颈肠丑听recognises听a veterinary leader who has shown inspirational and impactful leadership.

Either in their place of work or on behalf of the veterinary profession, their contribution will have driven positive change听and shown innovation.听

Entry criteria:听

  • Inspirational leadership听
    A clear ability to inspire, guide, and support others through their actions and example.听

  • Positive impact听
    Evidence of meaningful change driven within their workplace or across the veterinary profession.听

  • Advocacy or influence听
    Leadership that has contributed to professional progress, wellbeing, inclusivity, and/or public trust.听

  • Effective communication
    The ability to communicate effectively in an engaging, clear and empathetic style that builds trust and confidence.听

How听will this award be judged?听

Judges will score nominations based on the entry criteria. It is not necessary to evidence every criteria, however this will enable a higher score at judging. Please give as much detail as possible.听听
