A scheme for all workplaces
Successful navigation of the process saw Food Standards Scotland gain Silver accreditation and receive valuable feedback that reaffirmed the value of existing practices. Giving staff a safe and independent platform to voice their concerns also flagged some previously unraised issues, which can now be actively addressed.

For Silver-accredited Burghfield and Goring Veterinary Practice, participating in Great Workplaces by 趣夜app was about more than validating its workplace culture 鈥� it also offered its employees the chance to share their thoughts openly with someone from outside the practice.

Gaining Silver accreditation gave reassurance that the existing culture was strong but the structured feedback provided identified where things could be even better.
