Demonstrates consistent and meaningful investment in others鈥� growth by offering time, guidance, and tailored support. Shows reliability, approachability, and a genuine commitment to helping others progress in their careers.听

Clear evidence of the difference their mentorship has made, such as boosting confidence, enabling professional development, supporting wellbeing, helping achieve goals, or contributing to the wider veterinary community.听
Inspiring role model听
Leads by example through their behaviour, values, and professionalism. Encourages a culture of support, collaboration, and wellbeing, inspiring both mentees and colleagues.听

Judges will score nominations based on the entry criteria. It is not necessary to evidence all criteria, however this will enable a higher score at judging. Please give as much detail as possible.听
